Authors will be asked to complete a ‘Copyright Transfer Agreement’. Permission of the Publisher is required for resale or distribution outside the institution and for all other derivative works, including compilations and translations. For Open Access articles:
- Articles are freely available to both subscribers and the society members of this journal.
- The Open Access publication fee is payable by authors or their research funder.
